Our Approach

Child First

We understand that every child learns at their own pace, so we create a warm and supportive environment where they feel safe, understood, and motivated to grow. We respect feedback from our clients and encourage them to be active participants in developing their goals for therapy.

Goal Focused

By listening first, we are able to ensure that the goals we are targeting in our ABA sessions are relevant to your family and highly useful to your child, creating lasting change that extends beyond each session.

Collaborative

We know that children learn best when they have a team around them, which is why we include weekly caregiver meetings and use a multidisciplinary approach when collaborating with other providers.

Our Values

Just as the Aspen tree grows stronger through its interconnected roots, our values of connection, determination, and growth create a solid foundation for success.

Connection

We believe that every therapeutic relationship begins with a strong connection built on trust and mutual respect. We take the time to truly connect – listening, understanding, and meeting each child where they are.

Determination

We empower our clients and families to set goals that truly matter to them and guide them in overcoming any challenges along the way. With determination, we celebrate each step forward, no matter how small.

Growth

We believe in the power of continuous learning and embracing new challenges –both for ourselves and the families we work with. Growth is about progress, not perfection, and we are committed to recognizing every milestone.
